I had mine done by a family member. I'm planning on having some alterations to my tunic done soon. I'll let you know! Mind if I ask how much you were charged?

my wife is getting her costume alter by her caregiver..I took mine over to the seamstress that made my warrior cape a couple of years ago she is going to charge my the same price as she did when she mad my cape $30 I was just wondering if the was too much just to get the pants hemmed and sleeves shortened a half inch

Spectre had his uniform altered at a local tailor for fairly cheap. I'm not sure what the exact price was but it seems like it was the way to go. Professional service and a good turn around seem to make it the ideal solution. Jackets are another story entirely.

Huh, getting my outfit tailored is a cool idea I had not thought of. Hopefully that will go better than finding someone to stretch my boots.

I'm not sure if we hit on this with your boots yet Jubal, but your best bet would be getting a gusset sewn in the back! Anywhere that does saddle work should be able to do it for you.

Greg--you saw my uniform, and wife's. Those were the altered ones. Hers had more work done: top sides taken in, collar taken in, thighs taken in, sleeves shortened. Mine: collar taken in, sides taken in.
Total for BOTH: $100.00
Hope that helps, bro.
If messing with the collar--make sure they know to NOT mess with the checkered pattern--ours were cut from the back.
