How to nominate for promotions

This thread is intended first to seek, and then to share, information with all personnel about a potentially sensitive subject:

How to nominate personnel of Blackstar Squadron for promotions to higher ranks within those of the squadron.

Since it is inadvisable for such personnel to nominate themselves for the said promotions, it will be best for other personnel who believe certain candidates to be deserving of such promotions to nominate those candidates for those promotions.

Preferably, a thread could be maintained which would list nominees for promotion, in which the nominator or nominators could state, for any such nominee, the reason the nominee is being so nominated.
I currently know of and/or currently remember no known such procedure at this time, and hence this thread also seeks a reminder of any such procedure for nominations.

In case the Sires and/or Siresses believe I am out of line and/or turn with this thread, I hereby apologize in advance.

Indeed, such a thread does exist, but it is for the High Council only.
If someone wishes to nominate someone, contact your Flight Leader, and if a Flight Leader is not readily available, contact your Company Leader or any of the High Council with your recommendation, and why you think they're worthy. Please note that only Voting Ranks can be promoted, as lined out in Article VIII of the Squadron Charter.


Nominations are discussed and voted on accordingly.
