Article VIII: Ranks and Advancement
Elected voting ranks (see Article X: High Council):
Awarded voting ranks:
Non-voting ranks:
Voting member ranks are awarded by the High Council upon recommendation of Company Leaders. Motion for and results of advancement/award will be posted in the High Council forum. A variety of factors are considered… uniform submission, quality, commendation, tenure… but participation is most highly weighted. The type of uniform worn by a voting member does not affect rank and voting members are limited to two (2) advancements per year unless otherwise approved by special exception. Official announcement for each advancement will be posted in "Squadron Announcements."
Commendations and other awards of merit may be bestowed upon voting members from time-to-time at the discretion of the High Council. The rules for motion and announcement are the same as rank awards.

- Strike Captain
- Captain
Awarded voting ranks:
- Lieutenant
- Ensign
- Senior Flight Sergeant
- Flight Sergeant
- Flight Corporal
- Flight Cadet
- Recruit
*The rank of Recruit is a temporary one year award to allow for corrections to conditionally approved uniforms or for special circumstance as determined by the High Council.
