Please give special to the following Warriors who have earn great distinction through their time-tested diligence to Squadron excellence and overall superior support to Blackstar to earn the following promotions. 
Not only have they served with earnest care and distinction, but we look to them to take on even greater responsibilities and appropriate commendations in the yarhens to come.
