Stand alert Warriors! Announcement from Core Command.
Blackstar Squadron's website is now live. It is first & foremost a landing page & portal to these forums but it also serves as showcase for our Warriors and a home for various resources that may be difficult to locate on these boards.
There are many things left to add but we need help prioritizing & creating content. Photos for your Warrior Dossier, tutorials, reference photos, behind the scenes, additions to the Glossary... whatever you think will add value for our current & prospective members.
Be sure to pass along any ideas to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be successful, it requires input from everyone!

Great site.... I love what you did with it. I'm putting together a GI JOE site for my JOE club, as well. Did you use Wordpress? That's what is going to be used on my site... if I my buddy gets of his can and does the work, that is.

Its four years for my GI JOE club and we are just now getting around to it. I have no clue what I am doing with building a website. I have a basic idea of what I want, but making that happen is the challenge... that and having a lazy @$$ who uses his ADHD / OCD as an excuse to not do anything. I bought the web space a month ago and he hasn't done anything, knowing that I needed a site to go live within a 4-6 week turn around time. And what's more??? This idiot gave him all of the login / password information without writing it down elsewhere. So now I have a blank website and get spam mail from people who want to charge me to build my website. If I had the money I would have paid someone to do it. I knew he would do this... I guess I was holding out that he'd come through for me.
Good thing we have good people like Bishop, here! I know I can't sing his praises enough!
I certainly appreciate the nice comments. Thank you all. The fact is, I've done the easy part. The hard stuff awaits... that being adding more content to the site. Let's get those ideas flowing and proposals submitted!
